I wanted to take a moment to share my reflections on the profound impact that the quality initiatives at Tekwissen.

I have been employed at Tekwissen for the past 5 years, and when comparing the quality of my work from then to now, it is clear that it had a profound impact on the Tekwissen recruiters. By adhering to the quality suggestions, we not only improved our communication skills, but also gained deeper knowledge of the recruitment process. This includes learning how to build rapport with candidates, handle different types of candidates, and respond to multiple queries.
