Since joining the organization in 2021 as a Junior Program Coordinator, I have been deeply passionate about talent acquisition and recruitment. I have had the opportunity to source and place top-tier candidates across the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, and medical device industries. Through dedication and continuous learning, I advanced to the roles of Program Coordinator and Senior Program Coordinator, where I honed my skills in full-cycle recruitment, employment negotiations, and vendor management.
Now, as a Quality Analyst, I focus on ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our recruitment operations. My role involves auditing hiring processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, identifying
areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency. My keen eye for detail and process optimization helps streamline workflows, minimize errors, and uphold the highest quality standards in recruitment.
