A big shout-out to the entire Quality team for all their support and guidance! As a fresher at Tekwissen, I was new to so many things, and starting in a professional environment felt a bit challenging. But the Quality team made learning easy, fun, and really worthwhile.
From teaching us how to write professional emails to showing us how to talk to candidates in the US, their guidance has been incredibly helpful and has given me a strong start in my career. I love learning new things, and no matter how many questions I asked even if some were repeated, the team was always patient, friendly, and ready to help. They made training sessions interesting with fun tasks, activities, and of course, the unforgettable Fun Fridays!
These sessions not only made learning enjoyable but also helped me gain confidence, practical skills, and a better understanding of professional behavior. Even after eight months on the floor, the team continues to guide us on how to improve, work better, and grow in our roles.
